This policy applies to the website pacdny.org and is written in plain terms, because the site itself is plain: it presents information about an organization. This page describes only what the site actually does.

What we collect

The site does not sell anything, does not run a newsletter, does not process donations and does not create user accounts.

Contact form: the site has a contact form built with WS Form, and the messages sent through it are stored in the site's database. The data you type into it is used for one purpose only — to answer you — and it is not used for any other kind of correspondence.

Anti-spam protection of the form: a hidden honeypot field (WP Armour) that works on the site itself; no external anti-spam service is used.

Website statistics and analytics: the site does not use any analytics tool.

Cookies: only technical cookies — for the language version of the site (Polylang) and for the contact form.

Embedded content from other services, such as a map or a video player: some pages may contain embedded YouTube videos, to which YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Technical logs kept by the hosting provider: the site is hosted by Fusion Digital Growth.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Data may be handled by the technical providers that keep the site running, and only those confirmed above.
