This site presents information about the organization, its officers, its positions and its events. Announcements of meetings and events, and any details of membership, may change; what binds is the information you receive from the Division directly, by telephone, by e-mail or in writing.

Statements and letters published in the news archive are documents of their time. They carry the date on which they were issued and are not updated afterwards.

The texts, photographs, emblems and marks published here belong to the organization or are used with the consent of their owners. You may quote from this site with attribution and a link.
